A sound collage/remix of "Whale Music", the classic 1992 album by Canadian rock band Rheostatics. This piece was constructed using only the source material from the album. Each of the 17 tracks are represented here, roughly in the order in which they appear on the record. No plug-ins or other effects were used to alter the source material, but 100's of edits, volume and panning automations, layering and a few reverses were used to manipulate and create the final product. A homage from this Etobicoke kid to one of my favorite bands and records.
